First time of using Sussex Ready mix, found them very helpful on the phone and responsive to my initial enquiry. The text messages kept me updated with timings and the lorry turning up on time. The driver could not have been anymore polite or helpful,. After being let down by other Concrete companies over the years with all sorts of excuses i.e breakdowns, running out of time etc, I will definitely be using Sussex Ready mix all the time in the future & so will all the guys that were on the job that day.
