I'm quite shocked at being stood up and then ignored by this company. I received cancellation at 5 minutes notice having already rearranged my schedule to accommodate theirs and then no attempts to reschedule or make up for it in any way. They have a lot of good reviews so I suppose if they turn up, they must be good, but given how long the wait time is for piano tuners and how rudely my messages and calls were ignored, I feel I have to warn others of the terrible lack of professionalism I've encountered here - very disappointed!

Contacted sussex pianos to be greeted by the owner... It was apparent he was extremely passionate about music and pianos, and the quality of his service prevailed in accordance. I couldn't recommend this place high enough. When delivering the piano, the service continued to excell and they had adapted extreamly well during covid. Fully protected I felt safe to let them in my house, and no job was to small. By far an amazing service received. Will continue to recommend to anyone interested in pianos
