    I had been looking for a gym for a while, but not just your ‘run-of-the-mill’ type gyms…I wanted one that offered classes, community and encouragement. I didn’t think it was possible…I was wrong. This place has it all. The equipment is top notch, the guys running the sessions are ace (always happy to answer questions and talk you through exercises), and the time just flies by. If you’re reading this and thinking of giving SPC a go, you should! 👍👌💪

    I'm about 4 weeks in to my SPC journey. So far I'm loving it. The sessions always vary plus the team are always on hand to show good form and technique plus bucket loads of encouragement. I'm particularly impressed that they're more than happy to adapt exercises if required which for me is a godsend as I'm recovering from injury. With it being group exercise I was initially hesitant but the guys are brilliant and for me it helps give a sense of self imposed accountability which helps on those days motivation is lacking. I genuinely really look forward to going to each class and feel great afterwards….the coaches are super friendly and help with technique and the right kind of push! Can’t recommend SPC high enough!!

    Until about three years ago I used to train regularly but post lockdown I was struggling to find the motivation (or discipline) to hit the gym. I tried a few things, but nothing would stick. And then I found SPC and I can honestly say it’s changed everything for me! The community here is absolutely extraordinary. The trainers themselves are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced but you can find that in most gyms if you look hard enough. The true power of this place lies in the supportive spirit within the group training sessions and that’s a testament to everything that SPC has built. Whether you’re a first timer, or an old hand, you’re made to feel like a member of the family from day one. The sessions themselves are brilliantly varied and challenging, but with the support from the trainers and other members, totally accessible to anyone who’s willing to dig out and give it a go. So if you’re looking for somewhere you can train within a like-minded, kind and supportive crew, where you’ll be encouraged to achieve things you didn’t think were possible, SPC is the place for you. I cannot recommend it highly enough, the training sessions are often the highlight of my week and five stars just aren’t enough to do it justice!
