This place is ok untill you have a complaint. My mum and aunty both in their 80s were escorted put by security men because the owner wouldn't listen to my aunty's complaint about her mattress , which she had only had for 3 months and was sinking were she layed on it, he was in fact quite nasty to her. Also funny how they had no record of her order on ithere computer.

A very helpful gentleman there spent a long time helping my sister find a suitable armchair. She is deaf and he was so patient. She ordered a lovely recliner which will be delivered end of September. My husband and I purchased four armchairs just before Covid entered all our lives. We love our chairs. More than satisfied. A lovely shop, so much in there.

My father purchased furniture 9th Dec, due to be delivered end of march (no actual date specified), he sadly passed on the 10th Jan. Had issues trying to cancel order, being told it was too late, we would have to wait a week for " Dave" to agree it, I was called later on that day to go back again for a refund of £3000 (£3495) could of done that the 1st time I went in. There own policy states cancellations possible for extreme circumstances, well I'd say death is certainly that. I was not happy with this situation and voiced this but was told either accept it or they would be happy to deliver to his address. Snotty.....heartless....avoid
