Although this is a genuine Japanese restaurant with all the kitsch Japanese quirks, we were let down by two dishes: the takoyaki was slightly under. The dough was a touch doughy and it could've done a further 5-7 minutes to reach perfect caramelisation. The chicken katsu curry flavour was on point but the fried chicken was not crunchy enough - once it was drenched in the curry sauce, it softened up a fair bit. The nigiri was otherwise delicious with fresh wasabi provided upon request. We also bought a packaged mochi with red bean which was delicious, tasty and had good elasticity.

Came here to have a late lunch by myself. Good variety of fish that cannot really find in regular sushi restaurants in London. The rice is cooked on point, perfect sesoning, not overly soggy in texture. Fish are absolute fresh. The temaki are generous in portion😋😋😋 Just wish they will serve uni next time on my visit, as it is my favourite Staffs are friendly and accommodating. This place is an absolute gem, I will only come here for my sushi craving from now on.
