This is the worst client service ever. I ordered sushi for collection few days ago. Order had status Waiting for store to accept, I waited for 30 minutes and started calling them, they never responded. Then I contacted their support here in Google, after a few hours I got a reply that it's my problem, they never received that order. Even though I can clearly see my order on their website and I received an initial email confirming my order. I haven't received a refund yet. So I got no food, no money, and somehow was blamed for this. Update: refund received

Not sure what happened with this place. Was a great alternative to Sticks and Sushi but since moving to River Gardens have massively gone down hill. New chef, too busy now? Who knows. Won’t be coming back often any more.

Used to be good but my friend and I ordered lunch today, delivered with Deliveroo, order number 0852. Soft shell crab - avoid at all costs( was not edible, with big pieces of something that looked like plastic and not like decent crab meat, we decided not to eat it. California roll tasted like paper. Unagi roll was the only decent item in our order. Highly disappointed, don’t recommend.

Horrible. Katsu sauce was basically water, portions tiny and undercooked, gyoza were raw and they forgot the sushi we ordered. So overrated, there are much better and cheaper Japanese restaurants in the area (Zaibatsu just down the road).

Horrible Manager, Late Food, Missing all sides and sauces. Delivery quoted for 25-40 minutes but took an hour and ten minutes to arrive. All sauces and sides were missing from our order including Katsu sauce, gyoza dipping sauce, ginger, soy. No chopsticks or napkins included. It was obvious that they forgot to send a second bag with the driver. Manager was HORRIBLE - called when our food was delivered at 7:30pm and was told to wait for a manger to call us back; sauces and sides could not be delivered to us. We finally got her on the phone at 10:30pm (after calling back 3 times) and she told us to RETURN THE FOOD if we wanted a refund or she could give us £2 for the missing sauce. We'll NEVER order from here again. Not worth the trouble or the arguments with staff.
