We've just received the best customer service here (4:30pm, 2nd January 2023). We used the online click and collect service to order our food. When we arrived the kiosk hadn't received our order, an issue with the ordering system. They didn't have exactly all the ingredients for what we ordered, another issue with the system. The manager came down and apologised profusely and did everything to put it right. He even got changed and made all our food from scratch. Such a lovely guy - I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. He couldn't have been more helpful or apologise enough, even though it wasn't his fault. Thank you so much for turning the situation around and providing excellent service!

Surprisingly good, despite the fact it's just a kiosk in a supermarket! If you go on a Thursday evening you can usually find everything marked down by 20% or so. Things to avoid: The fake crab sticks. They sneak these little guys into all the "mixed" boxes and often try to hide them with onion flakes and sauce, but rest assured hiding under that spicy mayo is a disgusting fake crab stick. What I try to do is only get the Inari or the Maki, only one type of fish, never the "mixed" boxes, then you know you will never get that horrible crab stick.
