Profile: Asian couple. Tons of Japanese food experience including sushi and sashimi. First time experience in London Japanese Restaurant. Food: Raw fish taste and rice looked fine but raw fish, esp. the otori, was not fresh and lost all the oily favour, same for the salmon. Iberico Teriyaki was not up to standard (even in London I mean). We were surprised (in a bad way) that the teppan that served the teriyaki (鉄板) was not even hot when the teriyaki sauce (cold) was put onto the pork. This made the whole plate and pork cold and the taste was even worse. Not to mention how the pork was overcooked and badly cut/prepared. The teriyaki was very salty as the waitress put way too much teriyaki sauce (if she did not know how to control the favour, she should let the customer do it). We had bad experience with the food after that and we did not order more. The only saving grace was the green tea so we gave 2 star for the drink. Service: I don't think the waiter should push us to order more. Hence 1 star for the service. Price: Price was very expensive (~45 pounds per person, probably need ~60 pounds for a complete experience), and I would compare it to similar level of restaurant like YO!.
