Fabulous spa treatments! Would highly recommend. The ladies who gave our treatments were amazing, welcoming and friendly. We were shown around, all areas and facilities were relaxing and clean. Reception staff on arrival and upon leaving were lovely and friendly. I would mark down the afternoon tea experience. It wasn't very good, a few crisps, sandwiches and stale desserts. The lady at the bar was not particularly friendly either, insisted a hot drink was included with afternoon tea when the package offered a glass of prosecco each. Ordering two soft drinks also seemed to be an inconvenience. She and a male staff member were shouting across the bar at each other about the kitchen not having the correct number of afternoon teas for the day. Felt awkward.
