No word of a lie, Susan literally saved my wedding. I hated my original dress (from a different shop) and walked in not caring about dresses/ not having a clue what I wanted. Susan asked if she could shop for me and it was music to my ears, she then started bringing dresses out, tweaking her choices as to what I seemed to like and what suited me until we found *the dress*. Susan was kind and friendly and understood exactly what I needed (even when I didn't) a true pro and my real life fairy godmother.
