I have used Susan Bowers for a number if years. Yes she is more expensive than some chains but thorough to a degree and always explains what is going on. Very impressive in my view.

My 5 year old granson who has attachment disorder and on the spectrum was scared to have the photo taken so to encourage him she told me the man who invented the machine died of glocimia at the age of 36. Granson woudnt do the eye test so she told me to take a pic and practice the pictures with him at home. He knows what a house and duck is and I asked her to use numbers as he is obsessed and would of done the eye test. I was recommended to take my granson there as she is good with children with additional needs. She showed zero patience and did nuthing to make my granson feal relaxed.

Susan is a great Dr! I went to her yesterday with a swollen eye and a lot of pain, she treated me with excellent care and reduced the pain on spot. I woke up this morning as if nothing was wrong. I would definitely recommend her to everyone 👍🏻

First time for an eye test Saturday 9/3/19, i personally did not know that you could take the prescription elsewhere so i ordered a pair of glasses that i really was not sure about and put a deposit down, i phoned Susan Bowers on Monday 9 am 11/3/19 to cancel them and was told i couldn't and would loose my deposit which at no point was it mentioned that it was non refundable, when i asked her why she had not told me that i could take my prescription elsewhere she replied by saying that she is not obliged to tell me and that she is running a business, in my opinion she has no thoughts for her customers and is only interested in your money
