I have worked with STB as a translator on a number of occasions over the years, and would have done more had i been available. They are a very professional and supportive agency, always ready to answer any queries and provide clarification. I have never had to chase payments. They do their best to engage with the freelancers working for them, which is difficult given the nature of the working relationship, and their annual get-together for freelancers and full-time staff is a very welcome demonstration of that. It helps freelancers feel they are part of a team.
