I heartily recommend Surrey Stairlifts. I made a phone call on behalf of my elderly mother. The man I spoke to (Leon) was very clear about what was needed and cut through all the unnecessary stuff the huge companies put you through. He turned up at the time he said he would to survey the house. The next day his crew arrived (also on time) and did a neat, tidy and efficient job. They quickly scheduled someone to look at his stairlifts, they were punctual, polite and immediately fixed the issue. They even called a week later to check that everything was ok. Brilliant service from Leon and his team. Really helpful when I visited the showroom with my Mum. We'd done little research and Leon was very helpful in assisting us make the right decision for Dads situation and the space available in their house. The engineers who installed it were very tidy and helpful too. And to cap it off, unlike some national brands that spend fortunes on advertising and salesman commissions, Leon's prices were much better value than expected with clear pricing and no hidden costs.Leon went to great lengths to reduce our costs rather than inflate them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Surrey Stairlifts to anyone wanting practical advice and help, along with great service at fair pricing. Thanks Leon.

Unfortunately we needed to call them out regarding a fault, however they prioritised our visit, and Steve turned up within an hour of our call and fixed the issue.
