really poor service, they have monitored our alarms for several years and we were becoming suspicious that they were taking the money and not conducting proper servicing. When another company came to inspect they found the monitoring system was faulty, and several the alarms/ detectors round the site had been switched off or were faulty. We told them we were unhappy with the service at the point of switching and now they ring demanding money for a subscription we never asked for. Disgraceful

We used this company following a high number of forced entries and burglaries in the area. They came out and provided a written quote. We have an alarm and an amazing CCTV system. We feel very safe now. They were not pushy like the big companies we had also quoted.

Phoned because the Surrey Security Systems alarm installed in the house we just purchased went off. Phoned the number provided in the pack of info we have by the alarm and was told because we didn't have a contract (which obviously we wouldn't if we just moved in!) they wouldn't assist us. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful and actually told my husband, who rang back when he saw how upset I was after speaking to them, to 'stop phoning'. Interesting approach to customer service and sales as we would have started a new contract with them! Terrible, terrible, terrible - wish google gave a minus star rating.

I have been a reasonably happy customer of Surrey Security Systems for over 12 years and live a stone's throw from their registered office. One word of caution if you miss a service one year (on a new system they installed less than 3 years ago) they will treat you as a new customer and charge you an extra £42.00 for your next service as a penalty. I have paid this time but will look elsewhere next year. I did discuss this with the Director and was told in essence to take it or leave it. I shall leave it thank you.
