Just been told that I could not get a change of day for golf which I had booked for the Sunday, even if electrical storms are forecast. Daniel at golf shop said I needed to check on the day. Absolutely senseless to potentially put someone at risk. Only after arguing did he change the day. Pathetic and senseless person. Needs to take the safety of golfers seriously. Electrical storms are forecast on the Sunday Daniel. Absolute joke to have to spoil my day by phoning you and explaining why I needed a change of date. You did not need to make the call so difficult. Unbelievable! You are not the met office oracle.

Great course but they need to do something about the slow play. It took 5 hours to get round yesterday due to one very slow group. Edit: you’ve responded that you don’t believe it took us 5 hours. Well we tee’d off at 13:20 and finished at 18:20 and were waiting on every tee box. What a ridiculous response from management, how about listening to regular customers and if I could give you lower than 1 star I now would for your response.

Avoid like the plague on Saturdays. There were 2 ‘marshals’ by the first tee, didn’t see them afterwards, the pace of play was horrendous. Just over 5 hours to complete the round. On the positive side, the fairways and the greens were in really goo condition, and the facilities are really decent.

Appalling service from pro shop staff. Arrogant, rude and completely unhelpful. Really spoiled the day of golf.
