Ordered a lovely gift of the cushion and ceramic magnet with 'Mum, Love you to the moon and back' for my mums birthday. She loved them and says the quality is really good. I live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and since the lockdown have had so many problems ordering online, until now that is. Used paypal to pay for the transaction with no problems at all and the gift was delivered promptly and before her birthday, thank you for that. My only recommendation to Surrey Home and Gifts is to modify their online ordering to accept booking addresses outside of the UK. Fortunately I had an address I could use, but others may not. I will be back for other gifts as I love how easy the site was to use and the speed with which the gifts are delivered. Thank you Penny

Excellent customer service! I ordered a few candles online one of which I needed to return. I got fast and helpful responses to my emails. The staff made it easy for me to exchange the product in store. In store the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent range of good quality products and reasonable prices.
