A great team at Surrey Hills Removals. They did a proper audit of what needed to be moved on a visit to my flat, packed up most things and disassembled large items two days before the move, swept in to do the rest on completion day, waited patiently for hours until I could pick up keys, and finally offloaded boxes and reassembled large items in my new home. Grant, Matt and the rest of the team were efficient, totally reliable and good humoured throughout. Would definitely recommend.

A tad more expensive than some; however, what you get is a very professional, and were very helpful as, when it came to the time of the move, my husband was seriously ill and unable to do anything and a new puppy. The men coped with everything and even helped pack things cheerfully as I was so behind having to do everything myself.

Surrey Hills were really helpful from the offset. We had a bad experience moving last time, and so the Surrey Hills team were really reassuring. They came round to do a house check to see our stuff, and we opted for a full packing service. We paid the deposit and had our date booked. I paid the remainder of the amount 2 days before the move, at which point I was taken through how the day would go. On the day of the move, a team of 2 arrived at around 8.15, packed all of our stuff up until about 1.30, and then drove over to our new house. All the boxes were clearly labelled, and they put the things in the correct rooms and made sure no other furniture needed to go elsewhere. We're still in the process of unpacking, but everything so far has looked really well wrapped and taken care of - we've unpacked the kitchen now and everything was intact, even the wine glasses! I would really recommend them, and the team were great!
