I placed an order on 24 Feb which said they will contact me in the next 10 days to deliver. Since then I have heard nothing from them despite trying all forms of communication they have. I can only assume they have taken my money and don’t intend to deliver any wood. It’s completely unacceptable do NOT use this service. Go anywhere else.

First time I used them and overall not a good experience. First of all I didn't hear back from them about delivery after placing the order. When I called the person was not very friendly, said he'll call me back. He never did and I had to chase again. More importantly, the kiln dried wood was delivered but was not dry at all. Made a sissling sound with water and steam coming out of the wood in the wood burner. I sent a message to ask about the wood and never got a response. Will not use them again.

Brilliant!!!!! Thank you so much for our log delivery. The logs are fantastic they are a perfect size and for £115 we got a ton of logs about 200-300 logs excellent value for money and a really helpful guy delivered them as we wanted and followed our instructions overall would definitely recommend and would happily buy from Surrey hills logs again :).
