Agreed a price for a van purchase, only to be told the day before collection, that they had sold it to someone else for a higher price! So obviously their word is not their bond... beware. In response to your reply... We agreed a price of just over £600 under the asking price and not £1000. As far as the PX you checked and came back to me, otherwise I would have sold it elsewhere. Also the person who you then sold it to at the higher asking price, also hadn't viewed the van either. Basically, we agreed a price, but you had a better offer and accepted it with no consideration to what we had agreed.
