The council seems to be doing very little for the cyclists. Very few road with bike lanes, lanes merging with 40 mpg traffic, no pedestrian walkways by some roads. It will be interesting to see how many accidents can be avoided by a bit of planning by the council.

I hope these people have improved. Most of them to have a lousy attitude and are not very friendly. If you give any paperwork to them, ensure that you have a photocopy it, because it is likely that they shall lose it. They find fault with people who are trying to help and make things better for others. They find fault with things just to avoid doing any work. Most people know how much they lie and distort the truth. They go around looking bitter all day and it seems as if they have no interest in helping people. They are malicious and as opposed to trying to help people, all they do is criticise and never want to seem to get things done. They are often nice to someone's face, but they talk in a negative way people behind their backs. Most of them are rude and cannot be trusted. What if people were to treat them the same way they treated others? I am sure that in this case, they would be see things differently.

Called and emailed SHBC 4 times about filthy bins, rotten food, dirty nappies all over the place at Hale Way, car park, Frimley. Nobody has a clue who to talk to and how to sort it out, it's embarrassing for one of the richest councils in the country to be so clueless.

If you are a landlord, better not to risk allowing to house an SHBC tenant in your property. The tenants are likely to damage the interior and leave the property in a terrible state. When you attempt to claim damages from the SHBC Deposit Bond, SHBC will take the side of the tenant and you are unlikely to receive full compensation. Recommend you seek tenants from a local estate agent instead.
