Outstanding service and help. The new bluetooth hearing aids and Roger equipment supplied has totally changed my working life. I was able to fully participate in high level meetings and I even had the confidence to record an interview with the CEO! Again in difficult situations like in hospital and passport/border control etc where things are important but people will not lower masks it’s so so helpful. I think I’ll just get better and more acclimatised and confident too. As someone who has lost significant hearing unexpectedly, and I think it fair to say I was so exhausted/grumpy and frustrated, how I was treated was also impressive. Thanks for not letting me give up.

Excellent, Very friendly and so helpful I took my 97 year old father back the other day they helped me in and out with him we went back again a few days later to have his hearing tested my husband dropped us off as parking can be difficult my husband then went back as he has a conference call to be on we were not as long as I thought so I was going to get a taxi back home but the gentleman said he would take us back home 😊 he went and got his car and kindly took us home, so a big thank you such a excellent service for a very old man who was very greatful 👏🏼
