We had them out to our house and arranged to go the showroom on the weekend to confirm the stove we wanted (having said to me they would be open from 10am that Saturday) - got there at nobody was there… called and emailed and just not heard back from anyone since…. Really bad customer service. We would have gone ahead and spent our money with them, but just shows poor reliability and communication

I was looking to replace my ancient fireplace, I had a look of at several websites, and got bamboozled by the choices, so I asked for a quote. When Alex came, he understood exactly what I wanted, and proposed 3 different solutions very clearly different in price, look, ease to use, etc, but all meeting my specs: heating my treatment room to a very nice warm temperature, so my client don't feel cold when they come. When Keith came to replace the old fireplace, he realised the opening wasn't big enough, and it took much longer, more drilling more sawing and a lot more dust to get the job done. All was done on the morning, and everything was left very tidy. Jess was adamant she wouldn't charge for the extra work, which, honestly, is not really fair. If I could give 6 starts, I would! I highly recommend them: you can't go wrong if you chose these guys.

Such a shame that a local company can come survey and todate not bother with a quotation ,even after calling numerous times and listening to them saying tomorrow tomorrow etc . Maybe believed couldn’t afford etc well another local co got the job ultra efficient and took my money and did job all licences and registered

Alex and Troy did an excellent job of installing our Parkway Aspect 5 wood burning stove. They were very focused, professional, tidy and good quality workmanship - such attention to detail. I highly recommend. The job involved removing an old gas fire and the Victorian cast iron surround, removing the rubble and mess behind it, cleaning up and repointing the bricks, replacing any bricks which were broken or damaged with matching bricks, re-rendering/plastering, installing lighting, inner slate hearth slab to match existing front slate hearth, slate panelling around wood surround, making good around the edges of the wooden fire surround and then installing the multi-fuel stove. We had flue lining installed already so that wasn’t needed for this installation. Alex came back a few days later to test the fire and show us how to get the best heat and efficiency from it. He clearly knows his subject and was so reassuring throughout the whole process from his initial visit to final installation. Great job :-))
