Very satisfied with the service level of this company. From visiting the showroom, design works, delivery to after-sales service, all satisfied. We did three bathrooms and one Cloakroom, our bathrooms are limited in space, Ben helped me design and carefully choose the right products, so that the space is well utilized and also look amazing! Even there was a product or two that I didn't buy from them, Ben still double-checked for me to make sure the product was the right one to fit our bathroom. The delivery service is also good, well done guys, thank you very much!

Excellent showroom with lots of variety and brands on display, which is particularly useful instead of browsing catalogues. We bought tiles and bathroom items which were not only competitively priced, but delivered in a timely manner. The service received throughout was excellent, and unlike other stores, we were provided with recommendations and hints on what to be aware of (for example, with a free standing bath, the additional finishing touches like shrouds and exposed waste etc). I would happily recommend and will definitely be returning. Thanks team!

Having previously written a very positive review I regret that I must now warn future customers that after service is poor. We were initially delighted with our new, expensive bathroom but having had subsequent problems with the shower mixer (it transpires the one they fitted was inappropriate for a pump assisted water supply, something they should have been aware of) they are not prepared to fix. Beware.

The supply went smoothly, and any issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and personally by Aaron. The whole team at Surrey Bathrooms are knowledgeable, friendly and reliable and we would not hesitate to recommend them. We would use them again - and in fact we are for the family bathroom!

Ben and Aaron were very responsive to all requests. The quality of the fittings was excellent and all arrived well in time for the fitting. Good to have coordination between their recommended fitter and themselves since we didn't want everything delivered to site on the 1st day. Highly recommend for whole experience !
