I was looking for a specialist for my TR6 as it had started running rough. I thought I would give Surrey Auto Works a try. I have to say I feel ripped off. I waited 3 weeks before they could fit me in, when I delivered my car the place looked like a scrap yard. I dropped my car off but I had no contact that day so called them at 4.00pm and asked how it was going, they said can you come and collect your car? I asked what was wrong the car and I was glad they had sorted it, she said they had not actually fixed it but they had conducted a full appraisal of the issues and that Kaz would explain all when I got there and deliver a plan to move forward. I explained that I just wanted it fixed, but this is how they work apparently. When arrived to pick it up, Kaz had a migraine and couldn't see me so the receptionist gave the appraisal. She told me that Kaz had tinkered with the car and tightened (I kid you not) the wheel nuts, when I asked what the problem was she didn't know but a video appraisal had been sent (it hadn't). The lady then asked for me to settle the bill, when I asked what they had actually done to resolve my issue, the answer was she didnt know. I paid the £135 bill and drove off in my car which had exactly the same problem as when it arrived. Honestly a complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all cost. Service: Vehicle Inspection
