Despite an email asking about the condition, it was described completely incorrectly and the item then auctioned was delivered completely destroyed due to poor packaging. The latter can happen, but the collaborator's posting of the article was completely untrue, probably not even checking the lot for the issue. I would never work with this auction house again!!! (Original) Nie wieder werde ich etwas bei diesem Auktionshaus ersteigern. Trotz Nachfrage per Mail zum Zustand wurde dieser völlig falsch beschrieben und der daraufhin ersteigerte Artikel aufgrund mangelhafter Verpackung auch noch völlig zerstört geliefert. Letzteres kann passieren, aber die Bestreibung des Artikels durch die Mitarbeiterin war komplett unwahr, wahrscheinlich wurde das Lot gar nicht hinsichtlich der Frage überprüft. Mit diesem Auktionshaus würde ich nie wieder arbeiten!!!

I do Buy and Sell with quite a few Auction houses and I must say that Mike and his Team are first class with knowledge and Customer service. It is refreshing to find a Auction House that doesn't charge Sellers for items sold and a competitive Commission rate for Buyers.. Unlike some Auction houses charging ridiculous Commission rates.. Keep up the good work
