My wife needed a new rubber ferrule for her walking stick, Timpsons didn’t have the right size, so the fella used an off cut of a previously fitted sole to what was left on the wife’s walking stick. The repair was better than a new ferrule and no cost. We didn’t get his name, but thanks.

I would just like to say a huge thankyou to the gentleman who works at this store, he was very kind friendly and helpful when I struggled to get my car started. He went above and beyond to help me.
