BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! I used them YEARS ago, and had zero clicks, interest or customers from the website they made. So i called and had the website taken down, and I cancelled it. I left a bad review to warn other people. I then had a member of the surface web media team try to blackmail me into taking down my negative review, in return for cancelling my website. When I stated that no matter what, I was not paying the money for a website that does not work, I never heard from them again... UNTIL NOW. YEARS LATER. I have recieved an email from them demanding money for a website that no longer exists! I paid up until I cancelled it and the website was removed! This company is a massive joke! A scam! Save yourself the time, energy, money and effort and go literally anywhere else! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Not expected to see that many bad reviews. Surface web media is SCAM. Should be reported to authorities. Took 2 unauthorised payments from my account, one was refunded. After that they was threatening me with court, bailiffs to out pressure - so I will transfer more money to them. Even cancellation been mate in writing and verbally, after providing all that to them they not even apologised for time they waisted. Do not use this company - you will regret if you will.

All the positive reviews on here must be written by the company themselves! SCAMMERS! Plain and simple! They took double the agreed payment without authorisation and when you cancel they continue to take the payments. The only way I could get them to stop taking my money was to call the bank. For the last year they have been threatening to take me to court but obviously they haven't because they don't have a leg to stand on. Jokers!

WASTE OF MONEY! I'm only here to share my pure experience with this company. If it was possible to give 0 star, I would definitely select that. They are super sales oriented, they only answer quickly if you are paying for something. They trick you to pay monthly Google ads, which gave me 0 potential, NOONE contacted me. Unbelievable! They call themselves expert with a horrible result of a month of their work!!! If you paid but not completed your period, you can charge back your money to save it from being wasted. I should have done at at the first place when I was advised to do it. I will still speak to my bank still as this is a play game for small business to fall in.

Direct debit was cancelled back in Nov last year but payments have been taken from my account again and the direct debit for some reason has been set up again as attached. I have asked my bank to look into this and get my money back. Could you please ensure all my details regarding my account info is deleted or I will get in touch with my solicitors and enforce a request to investigate why you still have my information as per GDPR regulations. Please let me know asap when my details have been deleted from your system so that money is not taken from my account again. This is not good reputation for a web company!!!!!! Didn't like the service would not use them again.
