We used sureseal for a lock change back in July. They came out the same day and fixed the next day (had to order a part). We decided to replace our front door at that point we chose what we wanted and were happy with the price so ordered. They told us it would be 12 weeks but was fitted sooner than that, they also stayed in contact with me during that time. Quality products and quality workmanship. All staff that I came into contact with, face to face and over the phone were friendly, polite and professional. Im so pleased with their customer service. I've felt valued and respected throughout. No hard sales techniques, just pleasantly giving me my choices for me to decide. I highly recommend sureseal and I'll definitely be using them when we replace our windows. Three weeks ago I had a double glazed door put in to my kitchen, where there was just a window, the difference it has made is massive!! My kitchen looks bigger, brighter and it is so easy to access the garden.
