This company fitted 8 double glazed units into my front bay window within 2 months 2 of the units failed you cannot contact them by landline or email only the guy who gave me the quote on his mobile. I called Neil on his mobile told him the problem he said he would sort it, that was in early December 2022. I have tried to contact him loads of times left messages but he never calls me back. Im now in the process of taking them to a small claims court. Be advised don’t use this company as soon as they have your money that’s it, i should have known better when he insisted on cash normally i would not do this but he comes across as such a nice guy.
