I am very unsatisfied with the customer care service. When I ordered the product through customer care, the person told me that the delivery would be happening within 3 to 7 working days. But on the 5th day, I received a call from the service and informed me that the delivery would take 15 working days. I paid an extra 100 pounds for early delivery, and they informed me that the delivery would be happening early in the morning, but they delivered the soil in the late afternoon. Also, the soil was very cheap quality found too many bricks kind of soil. Very unsatisfied product and service.

We placed an order 6 weeks ago and only a fraction of it has arrived, and that was after several phone calls and emails to find out where it is. The courier haven’t got the rest of our order, emails are being ignored and we are being hung up on when we phone. We have been promised call backs which aren’t received. We just want to know where the rest of our order is and nobody seems to know, and now we are being ignored. Have used suregreen in the past and been very impressed but are really disappointed this time round - some communication is all we want.

We have purchased concrete fence post and some other items online for £889. After 8 days they have delivered a pile of damaged rubbish (even the undamaged ones were awful quality) which I refused to accept and sent it back as it came. I have sent email with photos, no answer. I am still waiting for my full refund. Do not use this company!

A month of my life wasted - Avoid at all cost. They cant deliver they have to outsource, They Take your money then just ignore you, i would (NOT) recommend this company and product was very poor bent and looked like been sitting in rain for years.

Appalling service, 3 weeks of chasing to get a delivery date, lack of communication, turns out they had vans broken down so could not deliver but never communicated this until I constantly chased them. When chased they offered a date more than 2 weeks after initially ordering when I was out the country, told them I couldn't take delivery and needed on 23rd. They agreed to deliver on 23rd, waited in all day and then phoned to see where the order was to be told it was coming in 2 days. Immediately asked for a refund as they messed me around way too much! Avoid at all costs unless you like to be messed around! Amateur company, who plays the "family run" card every 5 mins when they constantly balls up! Clearly the majority of 1 star ratings on here must ring alarm bells!

Impressed. Had to change delivery, they were exceptionally accommodating and responsive by phone. Delivery then didn’t turn up - courier issue - and Suregreens were again responsive in sorting, and refunded the express delivery charge without me even having to ask. Great customer service.

Bought some fence posts on Ebay, deliver showed 48 hours and i should of had them within a week. Showed dispatched on the Wednesday, received another email on the Friday to say dispatched again then notified dispatched by the courier on the 17th of may. Posts are good quality but i had to shift contractors around due to the posts being very late and livestock had to be housed elsewhere incurring more costs. Took two weeks to get to me.
