As mentioned by others already, should of checked reviews here before signing up with these guys. Absolutely dreadful service and broke many promises. Promised to clear the bill with my previous phone company, and because they are so late, now getting fined by the previous company. They cant speed up this process apparently because its automated, what a load of rubbish.

"Sure Telecommunications" 🐀🐀 Stay away from this company. Deceiving sales staff. Adam lewis is a fraudster!! No customer care at all from this company.. Just entrested in sales commissions £££ from 02. 02 should remove this company as a partner. Shameful sales staff and managers. The company's accounts and billing departments are an Absolute joke. Been waiting for refunds and credits for over 5 months Now For a cancelled contract !!!!!

Don’t be a victim!!! I was sold a fake Vodafone contract by ‘Henry Marhony’ under pressure. I visited a Vodafone shop to pick up the SIM card and was told i wasn’t on their system and my number has been moved to a different network instead. I terminated the contract from Sure Telecoms and later received a fake printed letter from Sure Telecoms with meant to look like it was from Vodafone asking for cheque termination payment of £1,114. I took the letter to Vodafone shop and was told it looks fake and they don’t do sell contacts for sure telecommunications customers. “Please contact Citizens Advice for help if your being scammed by this company and also report it to Trading Standards” This is a third-party scammer that cold calls customers and scam them selling fake contacts using ONECOMM network. You won’t receive any SIM cards either. They are willing to persuade you to pick up SIM card from Conner shops. They say no “14 days Cooling Off Period” to put you in to termination fees depts costing thousand pounds using different networks providers business names to persuade you.

Avoid at all costs Hard pressure sales Beware They miss sell and withhold information Then you are tied into a 3 year contract They don’t pay all of your termination and disconnection fees I’m still waiting for this which has cost me £456 You receive a huge bill from another phone company which sure Comms pay part of back each month I’m now raising a dispute and then going to the Ombudsman Totally corrupt company Read all the other 1 star reviews
