I had 4 cameras installed at my home a few weeks ago. One camera had a slight blur on the screen. I rang Abid and informed him. He sent the engineer out at the date and time I requested. The engineer was Ali who is very good. Ali changed the camera to see if the camera was faulty. But the blur was still there. Ali checked all connections and cables and then changed the power cable and problem solved. I would highly recommend this company for cctv
