Put in an offer for a property with their lettings team. Sure team said we were the only offer on the table and we were almost certain to move in asap. Sure team go radio silent for the next few days. We call them and get three separate promises over the next week for a call back to give an update on our offer, (two from the lettings agent himself and one from his manager). ZERO calls. In the end we checked the listing ourselves to find the property had gone already, we were not informed. The very definition of unprofessional. Could not recommend; avoiding them for lettings at all costs.
