    Discusting service from them all. Constantly telling you lies. This is the 5th day of waiting in for them. I have had to call the ombudsman now as they are completely useless! Do not know how they are still trading!! As it seems I'm not the only one being treated this way. Date: 03/03/23 Update. I would just like to add that this has been sorted out now. Due to realising my boiler had been leaking for a while an engineer was called and arrived within 40 minutes, he also sorted the leak and then had to wait for the part needed. 2 days later I guess I got lucky as Morgan (reception) was really helpful and genuinely wanted to sort this out so arranged for an engineer to come within an hour. It was the same one who'd already been, He was here in 45 mins and was brilliant! Cannot fault him. Maybe they could take on more staff like this? Now a happy customer!, 🙂

    Poor customer service I've made 3 appointments they haven't turned up to any of them on my 4th appointment now if they don't turn up today they can stick any gas service checks and new radiator as I've had enough them wasting our time waiting in like lemons and not turning up worst company

    Very Unprofessional and lies , i have been left with no heating or hot water for three days I got three kids and every time i ring them they give me a day that they are going to come out but just dont bother to turn up, this is the worst company ever, I will be lodging an official complaint to the housing group.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service and the workers have no idea about what to do ive had no heating or hot water for over 2 weeks im now informing the gas safety board about this company and I won't stop untill I have this company removed from service im disabled and have a child at home im still waiting after 4 weeks for 2 new radiators I wouldn't trust this company to do gas safety checks at all

    Useless , I get a few hours notice , if I'm lucky , of a arrival of engineer , for routine maintenance . Literally expected just to not turn up for work so they can do a 10 minute check . No time to rearrange another date , unable to get authorised time of work short notice , use a week of my entitled holiday for this check or another because I'm not given respectful notice of a appointment . Letters arrive the same day as the engineer , planning is a joke . Do they not realise some people work for a living . Then the threats of court action to gain entry . Useless company
