This review is coms based only. I have contacted the salon 3 times by text and whatsapp previously and have never had any reply, despite the messages showing as read. Basic info request on my part, so would have took seconds to reply. Poor coms puts me off a clinic, so I won't be visiting, which is a shame as ive heard positive reports
