Our garden project was a fairly large one involving 2 patio areas, a path, a pergola, a shed base, a reshaped lawn and new turf. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and so glad we picked Supreme Landcaping to do the work. Their total professionalism and commitment to high standards meant that we had complete trust in everyone involved, from start to finish. Our dream garden was initially planned out by Dean after a full consultation and then handed over to our Project Manager, Dan, who was there to reassure us every step of the way, oversee the work, get stuck in when needed, and whose team of lads worked extremely hard throughout in all sorts of weather. I have no hesitation in recommending Supreme Landscaping to anyone considering a garden makeover, as they did a brilliant job for us and made the future maintenance of our garden so much easier as well as giving us a beautiful space to enjoy from now on. I used this company to do my garden slabs and artificial grass. Initially they were good and were on time. However on the last day they could not remember where the rodding point was so they cut a square where they thought the rodding point was and they could not find the underground pipe because they cut the square in the WRONG place. I had 3 spare tiles left and all they had to do was replace the tile. He promised me he would come back on Monday to finish the job, and stupidly we paid them the full price because i trusted that they would come back. However they didnt come back. They stopped answering my calls and text. And i have not been able to get in touch since. Also one of the workers took the door handles off my old doors without asking, and when questioned he said he will return it. Also a nearly full roll of black membrane went missing and only they had access to that area. Both of these items were not returned. I wish i did my reserach. They come accross as genuine, polite guys 'especially Dan' and i really did trust them, BUT its been almost 3 weeks and i cant get through to them. My kids cant go out because they could get stuck in that whole. I am looking for someone to fix this mess now which means i will spend more money. DONT PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED OR THEY WILL JUST RUN AWAY. LOOK FOR SOMEONE TRUSTWORTHY. !!!!!

Initially I thought this was a great company as they were efficient in coming out to measure up and book me in. However I was wrong. Things started going wrong when I saw them taking out my neighbours fence instead of the one I had asked them to change. They did put this back in and rectify the problem or so I thought however it turns out the wrong posts were put it and the fence is unstable so I’m now having to replace my neighbours fencing. My fence is decent however workers were meant to return to hang a gate which they haven’t and instead of taking the old panels with them which was part of the price they dumped them at the bottom of the road. After numerous calls to get workers to return and collect I give up! I will get the job completed properly elsewhere. I wish I did my research and paid more to get a job done properly. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME AND UNPROFESSIONAL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
