When I first used these I was very skeptical. But after the first time of using them everything went really well. Everything is set out, easy to purchase with no hassle. I have used them numerous times for all of my jobs that I've done, and will continue to use them. My area usually gets delivered by Travis Perkins or Buildbase.

Used Supreme Merchants for jumbo bag 20mm gravel. Ordered a week in advance but they failed to deliver on agreed date. Week later delivered 10mm gravel. Didn’t reply to email to get correct product re delivered. 2 wasted weeks.

Order was delivered a day early (which was really inconvenient) due to them contracting the delivery out to Travis Perkins. Apparently there was a human error in communication between the two companies. Delivery driver was rude. 33% of the order was damaged on delivery. Took a day off work for the damaged items to be collected and nobody showed up. Had 2 of their advisors tell me they would call me back but they didn't.
