Absolutely exceptional service. I was completely confused with what was going to happen with my case and didn’t understand any of the legal jargon that was on letters from courts and a lovely woman on the phone broke everything down for me and has made me so much more confident about the whole procedure. Would not recommend enough! The only regret I have is not asking for the lovely womans name as I would love for her to gain this feedback and know she’s doing a great job!

Shockingly poor service. Phoned in to ask advice in relation to filling out a high court writ application. Spoke to someone called Rebecca who had the listening skills of a gnat. after having to explain myself 3 times she then proceeded to look up the form on google and tried to have a guess what she thought the correct process was. When I queried this, she put me on hold and then came back and said she had spoken to her manager and that what she had told me was correct. I was still a bit dubious, so when i got off the phone I went online and did bit of my own research. Took me 2 minutes to find out that she had been completely incorrect. This worried me a little baring in mind the service they are supposed to be offering so I phoned back and politely said that i just wanted to clarify for future reference so that they didn't give out the wrong information in the future. She became very blustery and defensive and started to argue her point. I tried to explain to her why her assertion was incorrect and she responded with the following words 'look i've asked my manager and he agrees with me, if you think that's incorrect then I suggest you consult a solicitor' ! (exact words). Newsflash Rebecca. The name of the your organisation is support through court and and the following is a cut and paste from your organisations website mission statement "We aim to reduce the disadvantage of people facing the civil or family justice system without a lawyer, enabling them to access justice. We believe that no one should face court alone and so we work to provide immediate support to everyone who comes to us." Telling me to get a lawyer hardly constitutes adherence to the mission does it? and for your information.....A DEBTOR is a person who owes money, a CREDITOR is the person the money is owed too.....there are NO CIRCUMSTANCES under which a creditor would put their details in the section of a form clearly headed 'Debtor' and to suggest that someone should do such a thing Is a ridiculously stupid thing to say, displaying a complete lack of knowledge or common sense for that matter. In summary : shabby organisation (at least in this branch) employing people who don't know what they are talking about, have very poor listening and people skills, and are in dire need of training. would never call them again
