High risk residents and insufficient, unhygienic facilities. Total polarity in the standards of various properties and staff unqualified in specialist support. Basically a housing benefit scam run by cowboys posing as reputable landlords whilst lining their pockets. No real attempts to support and resettle vulnerable people. Organisations like this should be subject to more stringent auditing and regulation to deter abuse of the homeless (Sue me if I'm lying!)

A most unprofessional company. All they care about is numbers and income from rents. I totally agree with all the negative reviews about them. Especially the one that warns people NOT TO FALL VICTIM TO THAT COMPANY; OXHILL HOUSE SUPPORT. They are evil and fake. I only wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. One star is too good for them. They are also liars. They will mess up your life and you will lose everything. Support???? They only support themselves. Some people even committed suicide after they promised to help but ended up betraying them.

Very intimidating support workers do nothing but threatening evictiononly interested in how they can get maximum money out of the vunrable. Go into your room when you are not around I have had money go missing from my roomand every time I mention it I am threatened with the eviction. Also one of the staff members Leannebasically threatened me with eviction if I got on the wrong side of her this came about when I refuse to let her in my room . Other members of the House of told me she has entered my room when I'm not I have had money go missing all this for 265 pounds a week.I was also told that to evict me would be a good idea because it's a lot of people waiting to take my place who are a lot quieter and would not challenge Leanne let's exploit the and get £265 a week for doing it

MUST READ AND DONT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY!!! The staff are the most unprofessional I have ever come across. Seen children have more Manners then the staff. They’re use to dealing with crackheads and criminals and feel the need to assert authority unnecessarily and threatened me a young petite girl on a regular basis. I pleaded for a little respect and dignity from so called support workers, who have no experience in working with the vulnerable, instead they bully and take advantage every chance they get. The so called landlord/manager (Paul Lovell) whatever job role he claims, was very aggressive with me, and other tenants regardless of age, and mental well-being. Paul’s brother Jeff doesn’t seem to need to assert as much authority as his brother however is very unreasonably for support manager, instead claims plumbing issues werent a priority after 3 weeks, 7 people to 1 toilet(mixed sex) 2 girls and 5 men! At the same time the electrics kept tripping, the boiler wasn’t worker nor was the heater and convieniently the handyman was off on annual leave, and with 2 days of heat out of 3 weeks, I was told I don’t need the heating. I am anemic. So I am always cold. With not hot showers and straight out into the cold, I was suffering. I would have much rathered live in a car park. I was requested to pay SERVICE CHARGE... and I explained even though benifits don’t kick in for another week, I received no gas, water or electricity, & there was no support worker at the house for about a month, even though some tenants need a worker to supply them with daily meds so they overdose. However they weren’t supportive and as a result a good friend(tenant) is in hospital. I was complaining for weeks, also BEGGED for a food bank voucher, but was ignored unless I paid service charge(texts once in a blue moon and so disrespectful and loved to threaten me and others.) Furthermore on my arrival(landed in Handsworth from London) support workers were too busy discussing other residents personal issues with other residents,(breaching confidentiality promises & violating data protection acts) to make me a tenancy agreement to take to the job centre as proof of address to claim benefits, furthermore no help was given to me to claim for benefits, i was helped by a young vulnerable girl who fell victim to their unsupportive ways and were claimed for me by her. I’m not incapable, I’m just tired of falling into this trap they have set. Management threatened to have me pay the full rent since benifits were not in place for housing benifits to be activated and I was threatened with charges of over 1000£ per Month.(for a single room share with avg. 5-7 rooms. 1 toilet&kitchen) this is London 1 bed flat rent! These are ridiculous charges and ridiculous people with little to no experience supporting or advising people. I am completely shocked at the way I have been treated by every member of staff and they’re management. They think they are better then everyone forgetting most of them were in a similar position I found myself in recently. I’ve asked every single member of staff who’s treated me badly who I can refer my complaints to and main managers claim they are the manager and there is NO ONE higher than them, and they don’t care about my complaint. Worst customer service, which is ironic being “SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION”

The worst unprofessional company ever I was here for 3 months they never wore I'd badges also house had rats and no heating had to fix boiler many times my self never had support sessions with the staff all they ever ask for was service charge which was paid by council anyway. Also neglect the residents and pray on the vulnerable and mentally unstable people.the unprofessional staff are vile and disgusting telling other resident that I was assaulted which is private confidentiality broke there also the resident they were telling were older men who were pervy. NEVER EVER CHOSE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY WHEN U DONT EVEN GET A NOTICE TO LEAVE THEY JUST KICK YOU OUT!!!!!!! THE STAFF ALSO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SHOUT OUT THAT U SHOULD GO BACK TO UR TOWN AND THAT UR NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR BIRMINGHAM INFRONT OF THE MANAGER AND THEN THEY SAY THEY SUSPENDED THE STAFF BUT DONT. ALL ROUND DANGEROUS LIVING ENVIRONMENTS AND THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE APPROPIATE AUTHORITIES.
