    I have been working with Support Asia as a support worker for just over a year now and the experience I have had so far is very positive. It's based on my experience with the company staff, management and clients. I could not disagree more with some of the reviews which states all staff is unprofessional, don't care about clients,can't cook and have no knowledge of person centered approach. Personally all the staff I have worked with, showed high level of understanding of clients rights, needs and their wishes. All was very professional and always willing to learn more and ask management for support if needed. The management has always been very professional, supportive and understanding. As for mum of 3 children, it's hard to find a full time job and still manage to be around with your family. Support Asia was always very supportive in that and respectful, trying their best with making rotas to fit and allocate the requested hours. I have been working in care sector for over 6 years now and I can say that this work is my passion and makes me happy. I know for sure if I'm satisfied and happy about my work my clients will be happy too, and that is the most important😊

    Wish we had seen some of these reviews before using this company Avoid if British as Staff unable to cook or have any knowledge of British Food,Staff only intrested if it can go in microwave.!!!! Staff even have no knowledge on how to make a sandwich or any basic English food Company promises the Earth and doesnt deliver . As for person centred care its "There way or No way" which is depremental to clients. Only intrested in ripping SMBC off !! Management reward Staff to post fake good reviews Pay staff peanuts Dont even want to give it 1 star but must to get word out.
