I ordered an ice silver sequin wall only to receive a copper/gold colour instead. I understand mistakes happen but to then be so unprofessional and one day tell me it’s fine you can sort it out and swap it for the correct colour and the next day to say you’d actually sold all of the ice silver in stock to other people knowing full well I needed it urgently for an event next week is just beyond unacceptable and unprofessional as well as being unorganised and not packing the correct one in the first place. I told you I’d had a family bereavement and had a funeral on Friday and was already under a lot of stress and any normal human being would have been more helpful and compassionate. I’ve further put out as I’ve had to wait in all day for a collection from the courier and also will not get a refund straight away even though I have a receipt to prove I’ve returned the wall. Now on top of everything else I have to deal with I have to wait to get the refund before I can try and source and order another one from elsewhere and hope it arrives by next Friday or I’m letting my own client down for their event which could lead to bad feedback for my own company. Stress I could do without. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order with Supply My Events on 2/9. As of today my order has still not shipped, nor have I received a response from customer service. I have submitted a contact form on their website, I sent an email on 2/23, and I've even sent a DM on instagram! All with no response. They are active on social media but do not respond to their customers. The orders placed totaled well over 5k and this is a TERRIBLE way to run a business, not to mention the troubles they have caused us a small business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
