I'm absolutely blown away by the customer service. Gurmeet responded quickly to my initial contact via the website and was friendly throughout our exchanges. I had what turned out to be a difficult design idea, but with Gurmeet's help it got sorted in the end and the final result is incredible. Initially I was told that the garments wouldn't be ready until next week, but given I only contacted them earlier this week I thought this was reasonable. Then Gurmeet emailed me today to say he managed to rush the sweatshirts through (I was hoping to give them as part of a mother's day gift) and they were ready to pick up! So from design to finished product in 4 days. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Gurmeet and his team at Superthreads and how impressed I am by the customer service and the quality of the final article. I will definitely be coming back. Bought 2 personalised YouTube hoodies from here and my husband and I LOVE them! The quality is the best we have ever come across. The hoodies are so soft and comfortable, we love them so much and they have easily become the hoodies we reach for the most! Gurmeet really exceeded my expectations with embroidering my logo onto some aprons. The logo itself is really intricate and I was worried I’d lose some of the detail but every little bit was still there, beautifully embroidered on fantastic quality aprons.
