Good morning Supersonicz, I want to start by commending the service I have received past one year. I have sent money to my family back in Gambia over 200 times for family up keep and for school fees. But, just had a bad experience now. I was told money was put on hold due to multiple sending. After a while, I saw an error message of " Internal Server Error " which I screenshot. Got a message money was put on hold. Sent message on whatsapp to notify the representative that it was due to server error and customers were not notified of such an error so we don't keep sending same transaction. Representative asked for me to send my ID through whatsapp. I responded that Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is not safe to be sent via social media platform. Since, I don't even know if I was chatting with Supersonicz representative after notification of a " Supersonicz Internal server Error". My advice 1. Please, notify customers of any issue at Supersonicz to guide us during transactions 2. Don't ask customers to send their Passports, Driver's license, Social Security numbers via social media( Whatsapp, Facebook messenger, Instagram etc). It is against PCI( Payment Card Industry) compliance guidelines. 3. Request such information via Secured email directly sent to the customer from previous transactions receipts 4. Train your staff not to requests customer's ID via telephone or social media. 5. Notify customers of current issues with your app, so we can be guided. It is a requirement to maintain trust of your customers and to guide us in the event of technical issues or a breach at your end. Finally, you're doing a good job and we appreciate this service. Terrible service, we have sent money through them multiple times in the past. But recently it has been so slow. Our money hasn't even arrived. Customer service is non-existent. They don't respond, answer or reach out to you. Don't believe the reviews. IF you call any of their numbers on their website, they all go to voicemail. Wouldn't be surprised if the phone is turned off. Stop messing with peoples money/lives and do the service you pretend to offer.
