Can’t recommend highly enough totally saved the day after another company let us down hours before our daughters birthday party. They responded to us promptly, requested the info they needed, were able to to give us an almost identical castle and assured us they would be able to attend in time to set up. They then communicated with us throughout with updates and ETAs but more than that they were able to calm our nerves with their reassurances that we weren’t going to be let down again on our little girls special day. Wish I could give more that 5 stars - thank you so much.

I cannot thank Nathan and his partner enough for how professional, helpful, and communicative they were throughout the process of hiring inflatables for the party - they really went the extra mile for us, which I really appreciate. And wow - the inflatables and party treats were of excellent quality - very clean, fully operational, and a fun colour scheme to boot. Everything arrived on time and was set up and packed away very quickly. I'll be hassling our finance department to do something similar for our next office party - you have a customer for life!
