  Purchased a dining pool table in 2021, purchase and installation was smooth and faultless. This year, I wanted to purchase some new pool balls as a gift for Christmas and contacted Steve about 10 days before Christmas. Being concerned about the postal strikes, I offered to collect the items myself, but was assured the company would deliver before Christmas. Steve was true to his word and personally delivered them on a Sunday! I also ordered a nine ball rack from a different company as I didn't see them on Superpool's website, but was let down as the other company said they couldn't deliver until March! Steve found one and handed it over with the pool balls I'd ordered, no charge! Really decent company to deal with and seem to be passionate about customer service/care. I would definitely recommend them.

  Had a great experience choosing Superpool 🇬🇧 for our table. So pleased we chose them. We was kept upto date with delivery, installation and the aftercare has been fantastic. Was able to go to their showroom and spent a good hour being given advice on the different styles and sizes of table to meet our room requirements also the grades and types of cloth were also discussed in detail for our requirements. We found out alot of information that we didnt know and has saved us wasting money buying something elsewhere that potentially would not have worked in our room. I would highly recommended going to the showroom. Steve, Marica and James have been great getting our table exactly how we wanted it. We are so pleased with our table everything is perfect. 😎🎱👍

  I have found the whole experience in dealing with this company a very positive one. I purchased a table from in stock due to time constraints on my part as was a 50th present. The delivery was on time with pre warning text prior to arrival. Unfortunately on arrival the felt was marked, the delivery guys took photos and advised that this would be remedied. I followed this up with an email as the table was a gift to my partner so wanted it to be perfect and I had a quick response advising me of replacement dates. Great service, good people, love the table but I seemingly keep potting the black!!! Would definitely recommend. Thanks

  The Pool table was ordered at end of January but rather than the 6 week turnaround came at the beginning of April. This was after previously setting 2 different dates that were not met. When the table did arrive it caught the balls in the pocket and the underside of the pockets were left jagged, so much so that they destroyed a complete set of brand new aramith balls. On top of this, the order was not completed and after 4 weeks of waiting a refund had to be sought and chased after for the missing items. To the company's credit, the ball trapped and underside of pocket situation was sorted the following day, however when pressed on the destruction of a brand new set of expensive Aramith balls, I was originally told by Steve that 'they couldn't be real aramith balls because Aramith's don't scratch' - to which I had to send him photos proving that the damage was done by the table. I found Steve to be somewhat lacking in customer service skills. He effectively implied that I didn't know what I was talking about, whereas I've been playing pool for years and this is my third owned table and definitely do. On the phone call he raised his voice at me when challenged and only backed down because (his words) 'he didn't want to fall out with me' when I asked him about the fact that a 100 pound set of balls had been written off. He refused to replace the balls I had bought that the table in it's original state destroyed, which frankly when you're spending 3 grand on something is just a bit petty at best. The table does play lovely, but that was at a point we can only call 'eventually', but getting there was a hell of a ridiculous journey and frankly the customer service from the boss is awful.
