Brilliant experience from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble, even on delivery day, the installation team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the whole set up, whilst still been on-site at 19.30pm, with a 2 hour drive home left ahead of them. Terrible quality products. We ordered a jacuzzi bath through Costco website, which was supplied by superior wellness. Two years on, and we have had four leaks with water pouring out of the ceiling, due to terrible taps and pipes. Replacement parts from the company are only lasting six months. Stay clear!!

We didn't purchase our hot tub from superior wellness because unfortunately they were closed for major refurbishment at the time we were looking, however we have since had a few dealings with them and the staff are amazing. Helpful professionals & very friendly. Thankyou Joe & Abbey for helping us out.

It's still going strong just that items get brittle with age😉 Rachel initially responded quickly to my email and put me in touch with Abi and after looking at photos she's sourced the 2 items required which she's dispatching today. We’ve had a product 18 months that we haven’t been able to use! Annoyed and fed up is a massive understatement of how I am feeling!!! Very sad indeed, I wish we hadn’t bought it!!!! In response in no way did my husband stop your engineer from leaving and he was never threatened. We have been more than patient over the last two years, but enough is enough!!! Now ask yourself this…..,. If you brought yourself something for over £15,000 and after 2 years it still wasn’t working , how would you feel????
