We can not speak highly enough of all of the staff at Superior, having recently had to have significant restoration works carried out at our cottage, which included the replacement of numerous doors and windows. The initial contact with Kyonn, Kelvin, Jack and Dan whom all were extremely helpful and went that extra mile to assist us with tight timescales for the initial replacement windows and doors within the porch, their flexibility in attending our cottage at short notice genuinely is a credit to them and a true reflection of their professionalism and commitment to help people and provide an excellent service. The quality of the products and the very competetive is amazing, furthermore the installation on the day was excellent, the team arrived on time and worked constantly until the installation was complete, the porch was totally transformed. The team were extremely friendly and polite, in conjunction with immaculately cleaning up after they had completed the work. Suffice to say we that impressed with the entire service we have had from Superior, we changed further doors and windows in the property which were fitted yesterday, again the quality of the products and the installation was impeccable. The installation team are a genuine credit to you and again went that extra mile which is hard to find in companies, the lads are excellent ambassadors for you. As a result of the initial work undertaken we sought advice from the team at Superior, in respect of replacing our conservatory. The genuine knowledge and experience from Jack, Kelvin, Dan and Kyonn on what could be done was extremely helpful and professional. Again the design of the conservatory, the price and quality of the product looks fantastic, even when we asked to tweak the design of the warm roof and to adjust the sizes of the deluxe windows was not an issue to the team. They have been nothing but helpful and genuine. We can't wait until the conservatory is replaced in a few weeks, which again we have every confidence in Superior and trust them implicity. I would not hesitate in recommending Superior to anyone, they are genuine people who provide an amazing service with quality products. Our genuinecthamks for all of your help and advice.
