I used Ian and his team to clear my Dad’s bungalow. He had so much stuff I thought it would take them all night. But they had it done really quickly and efficiently. They left it in a really good condition to hand back to the Council. Took care of disconnecting the gas cooker too which other firms would not do. Very friendly and took pride in their work. Also reasonably priced. They made the whole experience easy and took a weight off my mind. You can trust them to do a great job. I can’t praise them highly enough.

I used Ian, Clare and the lads to clear my parents home. I've had no previous experience with doing this and I was made to feel in control of everything from the initial quote to the Clearance day. Nothing was too much, all the guys were polite, considerate and worked hard. Throughout the day I was given every chance to check all was OK and I was happy with what they did. Even with my Dads well stocked shed! Sorry about the spider webs lads! 🤣 Fair price for a great service. Totally recommend this company. 👌👍

I needed to arrange for my Brothers house to be cleared to prepare it for sale. As i have not lived in Kidderminster for over fifty years i did not know who to use. However i need not have worried after contacting Superior House Clearance. After some items were sent to charity Ian called out to give a quote which seemed reasonable for the amount of work. A day was arranged for the the clearance of the majority to be removed to an official site. Ian rang the day before to confirm. The clearance was carried out on time . Ian Clare Ryan and Mark worked very hard determined to provide a first class job. Some items were left as we needed to stay at the house until a train was available for us to return home. The team returned to remove last items even sending pictures to confirm the house was empty. First class work by courteous hardworking people. If you need property to be cleared do not hesitate to contact them

For a lone female who has never had to do a house clearance before, I cannot praise this lovely family business enough. 100% honest, offered fantastic advice, showed environmental registration and passed on the appropriate paperwork on completion of job. Sensitive to my situation, respected the contents and asked if unsure to take an item or not. They also have a great sense of humour.
