Superior Healthcare is the best care company I have ever worked for. The staff are honest, hardworking, kind and compassionate to their service users and more importantly, to their carers. They work tirelessly and only have the best intentions for their employees. The agency team are amazing and supportive and go above and beyond - Marnie was my coordinator and she is truly amazing, supportive and caring. Superior Healthcare is exactly that - superior. Circumstances meant I had to leave the company but I can honestly say it was the hardest decision in my care career and done with much reluctance. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anybody looking for a career in care, whether new to care or returning to care or looking for a company that actually and genuinely cares for its employees. Working for superior for nearly 2 years..from day one they made me feel part of the team n it's like a big family..great training and always their for you with work and personnel worries.when ringing for hours etc always greeted by a friendly voice and a good sense of humour...ollie looks after were I like to work and is very professional with dealing with this..always have days were we get invited to office for tea and cakes!. Get to meet the ladies at the end of the phones like Marnie,abbey and megan just to mention a few..and getting thoughtful gifts at Easter and christmas is an added bonus.. Great company to work for!

I’ve now worked with the excellent superior team for over a year and a half now, I left my 22 year accounting job to retrain within the healthcare sector to better my knowledge to help my own family members, I received exceptional training and experience with my first job in care of over three years and worked with many agency staff within that time, when it was time to leave and join a more flexible and professional team I had no doubt in my mind that I would turn to superior, ongoing training is fantastic, shift booking is great Lydia always manages to find me work with residents that I have a brilliant working relationship with and for me personally I love the fact that my work is caring for others but the home team do not forget us, cards of thanks sent to our addresses, coats and flask sent to keep us warm in winter, eggs at Easter, it’s just the little things that matter and make a difference to everyone, that’s why for me superior that statement covers the whole of our team.

Its been a privilege to work with superior health care services. Its been three months since I have started working here. If your looking for a job where you want it flexible, well I would say that this is the right one to pop in ! . All the staffs here are so kind and helpful and they are always supportive whenever you need something or looking for something from them. Also currently I am personally working with LYDIA as my coordinator, well she does her job so well and guides you properly. If I have any concerns I can talk to her anytime and I can expect a solution right away after the discussion. She is lovely , kind, cheerful and helpful. She also understands and helps me to book in my shifts on whatever days/time I need (very flexible). Thank you so much LYDIA and the team for all the help you are providing me to enhance my career path as a carer.
