I was happy with my first order - cupboard food - so I've just ordered some more stuff. My first order was well packed and the food is good quality. I'm looking forward to receiving my current order (dark chocolate and a couple of treats.... which I really need)! Prices are also competitive, especially the Montezuma's chocolate.

Terrible customer service. My order didn't arrive due to the courier. Trying to get a refund has taken almost two months. They ignored emails and didn't answer the phone. I asked to raise a complaint - they just ignored my email. Will never use again.

I have just used this company to my some products shaws piccalilli excellent product. And they sent it straight away the products was packed fantastic so we had no damages . I have to agree with the reviews regarding the service this Company provides, which I am afraid is extremely poor. I am going to start by saying that I contacted them before leaving this review so I don't want to be reading a reply with poor excuses at this point. I have placed an order last week from London and paid for the regular delivery rate. I have received an email confirmation straight away but then I only heard from Royal Mail on Monday morning via text message to notify me of the delivery due yesterday. Normally the Seller email you (out of politeness I assume) with a tracking confirmation reference to advise you that your items have been shipped but I heard nothing from Superfood Market then. I contacted them using the form on the website after calling the Store yesterday when the order didn't turn up due to Royal Mail misdirection but Superfood Market has yes a telephone number but only with an automated message as nobody can pick up the phone (as they are supposed to be offering "dedicated Customer care you would have thought that someone had a mobile and would be working from home????) but I have had no reply. Today I have found out by Royal Mail that due to the two days strike my parcel will be delivered"sometimes next week " and I contacted the Seller again for them to forward me the same Royal Mail information and telling me that when I placed the order and agreed to the terms and conditions I became aware of the fact that the Store is now responsible for mishaps during the delivery (they ship via Royal Mail, what does that tell you??) so basically I have now spent the money I just have to shut up and wait to receive the items, whenever that is. I don't know if it's me but I would not call this"excellent customer service " as the strike action was in the news for weeks and by advertising on the Store website the delivery was 24/48 hours tracked and traced doesn't necessarily mean using Royal Mail. At least they could have put a banner on the site to state that as they use Royal Mail and because of the forthcoming strike action the delivery times couldn't be guaranteed... Obviously I won't be buying from Superfood Market again and good luck to all of you if you choose to. Hopefully with the money I was charged they will buy a cheap mobile phone so they can actually offer assistance?? Just a thought PS: what did I say about replying with sad excuses? I was wrong, instead I have a patronising comment assuming I should support Royal Mail strike, my bad. And for the record, estimated delivery are not met when the item is with Royal Mail, but with me, as I bought it! Silence is golden Mr....🤦

Please don't waste your time with this company, after placing an order for over 20 bags of flour, it arrived contaminated with mites. I contacted them 3 times over the course of 10 days but have received absolutely no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional and costly mistake for me to make. I certainly wont be doing any more business with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 3 dairy free advent calendars for my grand children on the 28th nov 2021 i was in formed that the items had been dispatched and given a tracking number so 10 days later no sign of goods so i checked tracking number and they had not even given the parcel to royalmail anyway today is the 13th Dec and the parcel arrived bit with only 2 advents not the 3 i had paid for so still chasing and waiting terrible company save your money and time shop else where
